Orders/ Deadline Dates:

Orders will be filled to weight requested as close as possible, we won’t substitute without your consent. If we have questions we will contact you.

Order deadline dates are the Sundays before the pick-up/delivery weeks by 5pm: 10/30, 11/13, 11/27, 12/11, 1/1, 1/15, 1/29, 2/12, 3/4 and 3/18. Produce list will be updated for next order deadline on these dates as well, end of day.

Pick up/Delivery Information

There are 10 order deadline/pickup/delivery dates for each location. You don’t have to order every order deadline, you can order at will. The delivery locations listed here are for those who have formed an Employee Group. Learn more about Employee Groups.

Deliveries will arrive in a farm box and a deposit applied to your account. Please bring your list and a bag, if you wish to transfer your goods. We make every effort to assure that orders are completed correctly, that said, please note that if you are not at the delivery site with your list and we have been instructed to leave your box, neither Harlow Farm nor the drop off site will not take responsibility for missing items.

*Driveway to farm is on route 5, just north of farmstand, turn at the sign, follow farm road toward field, keeping greenhouses on your left until you reach the back of the big barn (on left), kitchen is on the right. Please bring your list and a bag/box. Your order can only be filled with you (or a designated substitute) and your list present.

FAQ’s

What if I can’t pick up my share on Saturday?

If you know you will be unable to pick up an order on the dates listed, you can plan your ordering to skip that date. You can have a friend/neighbor/relative pick up your order for you.

Can I pick up my share at a more convenient location if I am not an Employee Group member?

Yes, you can pick up at another location, but you must make a commitment to that location and you must be present at the time of delivery.

Can I use my debit at the farm stand?

No, at first we considered making CSA credits redeemable at the stand, but due to complications in tracking etc we are not able to offer it at this time.

How is my debit account tracked?

Harlow Farm will keep a running record of individual debit accounts. As each order is specific with weights and prices, accounts will not be up to date until the following delivery. You will receive an email beginning with your second order, indicating the balance of your debit account that does not include the current order.

What is an Employee Group?

CSA Employee Groups are a minimum group of 8 people, employed by the same company. As a group you are entitled to a 3 % credit for each member and delivery to your work place. A group can be started by anyone in a workplace, and needs to have a contact person appointed who can help negotiate delivery days, times and place. Do you give refunds or credits?

We do not refund the price of the share.

What if I am unhappy with product in my delivery?

Keep in mind that we are a certified organic farm, that means that we do not use pesticides or chemical fertilizers on our produce or in our fields. Our farm livestock is fed on organic fields and feed and regularly rotated on new pasture. Some vegetables and meat may have different flavor or look than you are accustomed to due to our process. Please let us know if something is wrong.
