It’s hard to believe that just a year ago, providing produce, greens, meats and processed products from the new farm kitchen were a mere twinkle in the farmers eye, thanks to those who persevered with us during our first year of trial, change and victories small and large. With patience, grace and an abundance of good humor, we had a remarkably successful maiden voyage of our first Winter CSA, making us one of Vermont’s first year round farms.

What is a CSA?

Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) is a program that benefits both consumers and farmers. As a member, your commitment entitles you to a discount for organic produce and meats. Learn More

Keep up to date with our seasonal newsletter that includes lists of the products currently available, a schedule of important dates, and general updates about the program and farm.

“Our family felt we could take part in this CSA because the structure was so different than others we had explored, with the flexibility of initial investment, the options for pick-up or delivery and the ability to choose what we knew our family would eat.”

Meat Pies

Ohhh this will be fun!

I won’t admit the Johnny Depp movie I was inspired by and if you guess I won’t confirm, but I just loved the rustic look of these little architectural, structured pies.
