Imagine greens cut fresh for you in January! Baby kale braised in olive oil, garlic and hen of the wood mushrooms, served over homemade pumpkin ravioli, with a sprinkle of Sawyer’s Artisanal Cheese, a salad of tender mixed greens. Heaven in southern Vermont. Join us for our 3rd Winter CSA. Harlow Farm CSA allows you to order the products you need to feed your family in the quantities that make the most sense for you. We offer our own processed goods including pickles, salsas, jams, frozen veggies and berries, lacto fermented veggies including kimchi, sauerkraut, sauerruben and ginger carrots, fresh greens from our winter houses, eggs and our pasture raised pork, beef, lamb and poultry.
Last year we offered locally produced veggie burgers made by Earthskytime Farm, Sawyer’s Artisanal cheese from Walpole NH, pies by Just Pies in Brattleboro and other specialty items. You will find our online sign up and order form as well as pick up and delivery very easy and convenient to use.
Although we have delivery sites to Springfield, Putney and Brattleboro, the farm pick up on Saturday mornings offers a unique opportunity to enjoy breakfast and share recipes with other members. On this page you will find sign up, order form etc on the buttons below, additionally FAQs has information you may find helpful.

What is a CSA?
Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) is a program that benefits both consumers and farmers. As a member, your commitment entitles you to a discount for organic produce and meats. Learn More
Keep up to date with our seasonal newsletter that includes lists of the products currently available, a schedule of important dates, and general updates about the program and farm.
Our family felt we could take part in this CSA because the structure was so different than others we had explored, with the flexibility of initial investment, the options for pick-up or delivery and the ability to choose what we knew our family would eat.
You will need 4 C rhubarb (about a lb), sugar, flour, butter, milk, eggs, oats, almonds, corn starch, cinnamon, fresh ginger, lavender flowers and almond extract, 9 x 13” pan, 350 oven.
